Why Event Planners Book Rick Jordan

Keynote Speaker, Leadership Keynote Speaker, Business Speaker, CEO Keynote Speaker, Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur Keynote Speaker, Inspirational Keynote Speaker

He Moves the Room, Not the Spotlight.

When Rick walks on stage, the noise fades. His calm presence draws people in because they feel truth, not performance.

He Builds From Real Experience.

Rick isn’t quoting theory. He’s the CEO of a public tech company who’s led through failure, fear, and rebuilds. His talks come from the trenches, not textbooks.

He Says What Everyone in the Room Already Knows but Nobody Has Said Out Loud Yet.

In a world full of hype, Rick brings a different pace. Steady. Grounded. Direct. He names what the organization has been walking around for months. And because he says it out loud… the room shifts.

He Speaks to Humans, Not Titles.

Whether he’s in front of executives, founders, or front-line teams, Rick’s message connects because they’re honest. They’re real. People don’t just hear him. They see themselves.

He’s Easy to Work With, Aligned From Start to Finish.

Rick and his team bring the same integrity behind the scenes as they do on stage. Quick response. Clear process. No surprises day-of. His team handles coordination without making yours do extra work.

Signature Talks

These are not presentations. They are built to move people from where they are to what they need to do next.

1

Scaling Without Shrinking

Growth should expand your life. Not consume it. Rick works with founders and teams who are scaling fast and losing themselves in the process. He shows how to align personal energy with company growth so both stay sustainable. Not just strategies. The actual cost of ignoring this. You leave with a roadmap. A real one. Built for someone who is already moving.

2

The Leadership Reset: Power Without the Performance

Too many leaders are exhausted from trying to prove what's already true. Rick helps them untangle identity from output and return to leading with calm authority instead of constant pressure. Through real stories and practical tools, he shows how presence outperforms perfection every time. Audiences learn to reset their leadership, rebuild trust in themselves and their teams, and create results that last because they come from alignment. Not adrenaline.

3

Masculinity Without the Mask

The New Code for Modern Men in Power

For too long, men have been taught that strength means silence and control. Rick guides men to understand that real power comes from presence, awareness, and emotional steadiness. Through practical insight and lived experience, he teaches how to lead with confidence, provide from grounded conviction, and stay connected without burning out or losing themselves. Men learn how to hold power with presence. Stay connected. Without burning the whole thing down.

4

The Worth Reset

Every founder eventually faces the moment when the numbers dip, the vision cracks, or the confidence disappears. Rick helps leaders separate who they are from what they achieve so they can rebuild from truth instead of fear. Drawing from his own experience of losing everything and rising again, he shows how self-worth is the foundation that carries every rebuild. This session gives leaders the tools to restore confidence, rebuild trust in themselves, and return to the purpose that made them start in the first place.

5

The Future of Trust: Leading Through Digital Transformation

Most companies prepare their systems for the future but forget their people.

Rick helps leaders build organizations that adapt, decide, and stay human in a fast-changing world. Practical tools for leading through uncertainty, protecting trust, and keeping integrity at the center of progress.

Not theory. What actually works when the pressure is real and the timeline isn't.

6

Presence is the New Power

This is the foundation of Rick's philosophy and the heart of how he leads.

In a world that rewards constant motion, he teaches leaders to slow down enough to actually see what's in front of them. Calm, grounded presence creates more influence than force. Through real stories and practical shifts, audiences learn how to speak with authority, connect with purpose, and lead in a way that brings steadiness to every room they enter.

7

The Integrity Advantage

When pressure hits, strategy cracks and trends fade. But integrity holds.

Rick shows leaders why honesty and accountability outperform every marketing plan and growth hack. Through real stories from business and leadership, he reveals how transparency creates trust that compounds over time.

Executives, founders, and teams leave with a new framework for building loyalty from the inside out. Integrity is not a moral ideal. It is the ultimate competitive edge.

8

Built to Withstand: The Future of Trust in the MSP Industry

The MSP world is shifting fast. Survival now depends on more than tools or contracts.

Rick, a public-company CEO in the cybersecurity space, shows MSP leaders how to evolve from service providers to trusted strategic partners. This session dives into the mindset, systems, and leadership frameworks that separate short-term vendors from long-term authorities.

Attendees learn how to scale with transparency, strengthen client trust, and future-proof their businesses in a marketplace built on accountability and results.

9

Rewired Leadership: What 1,200 Interviews Taught Me About Listening

After more than twelve hundred interviews with founders, executives, and visionaries, Rick uncovered one consistent truth. The strongest leaders don't speak the most.

He unpacks the patterns behind high-trust communication and the art of hearing what people actually mean. Not just what they say. Rick teaches how to create alignment, strengthen culture, and move conflict toward resolution.

Attendees leave with the skills to communicate with empathy, lead with presence, and build teams that stay loyal because they feel truly understood.

10

Cybersecurity & Trust: Protect What Actually Matters

Most small and mid-sized business leaders invest in tools before they invest in trust.

Rick breaks down what cybersecurity really means for growing businesses. Protection that starts with people, not products. Drawing on years of leading a public cybersecurity company, he shows how internal integrity, communication, and culture form the strongest defense against external threats.

This session helps small and mid-sized businesses understand where real risk lives. How to prepare teams for modern security challenges. And how to lead with transparency that builds client confidence and long-term resilience.

11

Human-Centered Risk: Leading in Digital Chaos

Technology is evolving faster than most leaders can adapt. Disruption has become the new normal.

Rick teaches how to lead through uncertainty without losing yourself or your people. Through practical tools and lived experience, he shows how human awareness must guide digital innovation. Not the other way around.

Leaders leave composed. Making better decisions under pressure. Stable even when everything around them is changing.

12

The Stillness Shift: Why Power Doesn’t Need to Prove

Stillness isn't stagnation. It's strategy.

This talk reframes leadership for the season when proving no longer works. Rick pulls back the curtain on what happens when visibility becomes addiction. He teaches founders, creators, and leaders how to stop performing for attention and start leading from a grounded, deliberate core.

Drawing from his own experience — building the empire, losing himself inside it, rebuilding something deeper — Rick shares what changes when power is no longer tied to volume. He unpacks the mindset, rhythm, and identity choices that let presence speak louder than performance.

What Audiences Walk Away With

Not a feeling. Something to do.

Whether it’s a conference of ten thousand or a closed-door leadership retreat, the room leaves different. Not just energized. Recalibrated.

  • They know which problem actually matters.
And they stop pretending the other ones do.
  • They can name the thing they've been avoiding.
That conversation. That decision. That person.
  • They leave with language.
Specific ways to say what they already knew but couldn't say.
  • Their confidence shifts. Not because they were pumped up.
    Because they were leveled with.
  • They write things down. Not because they were told to.
    Because they needed to.
  • They think differently about the person sitting next to them.
That's a culture shift. It happens in a single hour.
  • They stop leading from speed.
And start leading from what they actually know.
  • They trust their own read on the room again.
    That's rarer than it sounds.
  • They have a framework that works outside the event.
Still useful three weeks later. On a hard Tuesday.
  • They leave knowing what to cut.
    Not just what to add.
  • They stop measuring themselves against performance.
    Start measuring against presence.
  • They remember what they heard. Specific sentences.
Not the general theme. That's the difference.

The standing ovation fades.
This doesn’t.
